Manifesting tip for the month—Letting go of the thing you want most is KEY TO actually RECEIVING it. HOW do you let go of wanting? That could take a whole seminar, but in short…write down on paper what it is you want. Write it like this, "I WANT to have a bicycle (whatever) and pause to feel the emotions around that sentence. Inhale, exhale, feel it.
Then on another paper write the following, "I CHOOSE to have a bicycle." And feel your feelings around that sentence. Recycle the paper that has the most longing attached to it.
Once you are left with the "I CHOOSE" page…and you will be….draw four lines from this sentence. You're going to mind map a plan. On the line above write a way in which you can attain your desire. Write the first thing that comes to you even if you're not sure how to do this thing or what it means.
For instance maybe you have a line stemming from the sentence, "I choose to have a bicycle," and on it you write…."talk to private bicycle store owner"…but you're not sure what to talk about…that's okay. Keep going until you fill in all of your ideas around the sentence. Eventually you'll KNOW EXACTLY what your subconscious self is saying to you and how to proceed.
As you do this exercise you'll let go of the attachment to having and put it on the action necessary to activating MANIFESTING. And keep in mind that you're not the only one who's helping you get your 'thing.' HINT.
